New Spider-Man Footage Shows All-Star Villain Brawl

Well, that felt a little bit odd, didn't it?

The stunning gameplay clip released at E3 takes the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man out of the neighborhood and into The Raft, a maximum security prison where Electro is attempting to bust out a bunch of criminals to run loose in New York City.

Spider-Man is out September 7th. Great in concept, and with space for third party announcements between, it's hard to say that Sony managed to pull it off. Now, with the game a few months away from release, Sony has released the biggest and most action-packed trailer yet.

It's been a little over half a year since Ghost of Tsushima was first revealed, and since then, we've seen very little of it.

Later during the show, Huntsman apologized, acknowledging she had made a mistake. Later, Hunstman said that sometimes on live TV, she doesn't say things perfectly.

That doesn't mean that these games don't look excellent, though.

The Sony PlayStation E3 2018 conference begins at 6pm PDT on June 12 (6:30am IST on June 13). It was impressive and the ideal demo for a game that is surely at the top of many people's wish lists. Still, we knew enough about the game going in to sort of understand what was going on.

The gameplay trailer revealed today follows a lone samurai warrior - the player character - as he attempts to rescue a monk from his Mongol captors.

Based on the footage that was shown, we feel that the game's combat is going to be paced similar to what we've seen in games like God of War, but the boss battle nearly resembled more of a fighting game. While confined, the area outside the facility looks to be quite large, and Spider-Man is able to swing around the area.
