Among them are a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires specifically designed for the auto and a recalibrated MagneRide computer-controlled suspension system.

Sticking with the performance theme, the GT350's suspension has has recalibrated springs and modified dampers.

But performance wasn't the only focus for the updated GT350, the cabin was updated with more amenities.

Speaking of styling changes, the 2019 GT350 has been equipped with new 19-inch aluminum wheels. The naturally aspirated 5,2-litre V8 delivers the same 392 kW and 581 N.m as before, and is again mated to six-speed manual transmission from Tremec. The electric power-assist steering, anti-lock braking and electronic stability control have also been adjusted, drawing from hundreds of hours of competitive track testing. Ford says the grille was designed using information learned from the wind tunnel with the Ford Performance Mustang, road racing cars and the GT500.
