Trump Says Economic Adviser Kudlow Suffers Heart Attack

U.S. President Donald Trump says his top economic adviser, Larry Kudlow, has suffered a heart attack.

News of Kudlow's illness was broken by Trump himself just minutes before he met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Singapore.

The White House didn't immediately comment on his condition.

Kudlow came to Trump's aid on Sunday, picking up the president's criticism of Candian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau after the Group of Seven meeting in Canada.

Prior to hosting a show on CNBC, Kudlow worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and in President Ronald Reagan's administration.
