White House Adviser: 'There's a Special Place in Hell' for Justin Trudeau

White House Adviser: 'There's a Special Place in Hell' for Justin Trudeau

"I believe this was an important step to show the solidarity and united front of Canada's Parliament against the deliberately divisive actions of the president of the United States after his visit to Canada and the G-7 meetings this weekend", said MP Tracey Ramsey, a member of the New Democratic Party who proposed the motion. But he also said that critical comments from Justin Trudeau would cost Canada "a lot of money".

The White House is quietly trying to fix the American government's fractured relationship with Canada as President Donald Trump is in Singapore to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, Politico reported Monday.

During an interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos, Trump recounted seeing Trudeau's statement following the G7 summit in Quebec, Canada, during which the prime minister promised to fight back against the US's trade restrictions.

Mulroney has acted as an informal advisor on US trade to Trudeau's Liberal government.

US President Donald Trump issued a volley of tweets on Monday venting anger on some of Washington's closest North Atlantic Treaty Organisation allies over the United State's trade deficit, following a divisive G7 meeting in Canada. "The Prime Minister said nothing he hasn't said before - both in public, and in private conversations with the President". As per a CNN report, on the conclusion of the G7 summit, Kudlow said that the United States had planned to sign the joint G7 communique until Trudeau made certain statements countering the economic interests of the United States.

"Just when we thought it couldn't get worse", Nicholas Burns, U.S. ambassador to North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in the George W. Bush administration, said on Twitter after Kudlow's appearance on CNN.

"I've never seen language like this, the least of all from subordinates of the president directed at the prime minister of their greatest friend and ally".

Spain offers to take migrants stranded in Mediterranean Sea
Italy refused because some politicians there don't want the country to take in as many migrants as it has in the past. The Spanish government said it would accept the ship at the port of Valencia.

He's such a great guy. 'And I look forward to catching up with him and having some fun with him outside'. Both the islanders and viewers have been kept in the dark over the reason for his exit.

Google Home now supports handling three commands at once
So you'll be able to say, "OK Google, dim the lights and play Marvin Gaye and turn the volume down", and create instant ambience. Previously, asking to "turn off living room and bedroom" when referring to those home control groups simply didn't work.

On Sunday's CNN's "State of the Union", Kudlow called Trudeau's criticism of USA tariffs "non-factual", adding that Canada had "enormous tariffs" on us imports.

President Trump responded with a tweet calling Trudeau "very dishonest and weak" and followed up by saying the USA would not endorse the G7 communique, a document signed by the seven leaders underlining their commitment to free and open trade.

"He really kind of stabbed us in the back", he said.

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro's disparaging remarks about Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau were out of line and should merit an apology, conservative commentator Michael Reagan said. Mr Trump said the move would protect domestic producers that were vital to USA security.

"Canada does not conduct its diplomacy through ad hominem attacks, we don't think that it's a useful or productive way to do business and perhaps we refrain particularly from ad hominem attacks when it comes to our relationship with our allies", she declared. "We have been, our trade is a disaster, our trade deals".

"Divisive rhetoric and personal attacks from the United States administration are clearly unhelpful", he added.
