Seth MacFarlane 'Embarrassed' To Work For Fox After Tucker Carlson Comment

Fox has been the home of most of Seth MacFarlane's successes but that doesn't mean he's happy there.

Carlson advised viewers not to believe the word of his rivals by saying that, "if you're looking to understand what's actually happening in this country, always assume the opposite of whatever they're telling you on the big news stations".

The Rhode Island native has been a mainstay at Fox for nearly two decades, creating shows for the network like "Family Guy", "American Dad", and "The Orville", among others.

On Saturday, MacFarlane - who has worked with Fox Broadcasting Company for almost 20 years, beginning with the creation of "Family Guy" in 1999 - tweeted that he is "embarrassed to work for" the company. MacFarlane said Carlson's statements were "fringe s**t" and made him embarrassed to work for Fox.

Arc System Works publishing a Kill la Kill game, coming 2019
Called a "KLK Battle Action" game (for Kill la Kill ), the few screenshots shared are very faithful to the style of the show. Fans, keep your fingers crossed for a Switch release when the game launches in 2019.

MacFarlane's overall deal is at 20th Century Fox TV, which will be part of the assets moving to Disney or Comcast and will no longer be a corporate sibling Fox News or the broadcast network.

Carlson told his viewers not to trust other networks, a statement criticized, obviously, by Brian Stelter from CNN, as well as Seth.

Said the Ted 2 director, "This is fringe shit, and it's business like this that makes me embarrassed to work for this company". IndieWire has reached out to MacFarlane for further comment. On Saturday, MacFarlane's criticism of Fox News and its anchor Tucker Carlson went viral after the multi-hyphenate tweeted how "embarrassed" he is to work for the same network as Carlson.
