Parents fight each other at a softball tournament

Parents and fans of two softball teams, not pictured above, were caught on video brawling at a tournament in Tennessee over the weekend.

It's a video that's circulating on social media.

Mobile phone footage of the incident posted on Facebook showed a gaggle of parents rolling around on the side of a hill near the field, while others stood to the side, reports the New York Post.

A couple of parents started a fight after an argument at a softball tournament.

There were no reported injuries or arrests stemming from the brawl, but Tina Gale, the regional director of USA Softball, told the newspaper that both teams were banned from the tournament and future competitions.

Hicks said she is glad to hear the teams weren't from the Kingsport area. Both teams are located in North Carolina. "I'm a screamer at baseball games". "I like to yell and scream but I do my best to scream positive things to the kids and just encourage them", said Hicks. "Sure, there are parents that are out of control, but for the most part what I see locally is everybody keeps themselves pretty well in check".

The Kingsport Police Department investigated the incident, but no chargers were filed.
