If you happen to be one of the people anxiously waiting for Xiaomi to reveal the Mi Max 3, we have two live pictures showing the back panel of the Android smartphone.

The image confirms this is indeed the Mi A2 as seen from the model is running Android 8.1 Oreo with May 2018's security patch installed. The Mi A2 will have bezels like the Redmi Note 5 Pro and the one in the leaked image has white bezels around the display. The image also suggests that the Mi A2 will run on the Snapdragon 660 processor, something that has been reported before as well.

As far as the technical specs of the phone are concerned, the Mi A2 will sport the same 5.99-inch FullHD+ (1080x2160 pixels) display as the Mi 6X, and run on Android One software.

As mentioned, it has three inbuilt storage options - 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.

For the camera, the smartphone will feature a dual camera setup with 20-megapixel Sony IMX363 primary sensor. The device will be backed up by a 3010 mAh battery accompanied by Quick Charge 3.0. It will be compatible with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, and USB Type-C.
