LiAngelo Ball Will Join A Team In LaVar Ball’s Junior Basketball Association

LiAngelo Ball was not selected in the NBA Draft and has not received an invite to join any team during the Summer League, but fortunately he had a backup plan in place that he knew would work. The league debuted in late June to a small crowd in Ontario, Calif., and features mainly players ranging from 18 to 20 years old. He will also play on the Los Angeles Ballers team with his brother, LaMelo.

"I just want to win for the team", LiAngelo said.

LaVar Ball, the patriarch of the Ball family, owns the JBA.

The middle Ball brother said he just wants to win and is "trying to get better every day" after he went undrafted in the National Basketball Association.

Dead Celtics fan's body positioned in front of TV at wake
Relatives sent NBC affiliate WDSU a photo of Matthews' body at the wake at the Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home in Treme. In his hands was a PS4 controller, and a phone on his lap plugged into what appears to be a portable charger.

This move is a shift in direction for LiAngelo, who previously told Nice Kicks he was "not going to play in the JBA", adding, "I feel like that's a step back for me". "If I have to play in the G-League then that's what it's going to be".

LiAngelo, 19, was set to play for UCLA last fall before getting suspended for his involvement in a shoplifting incident while the team was in China on an exhibition tour.

On Saturday, just weeks after he said he wouldn't play in the league, LiAngelo practiced with his new team.

"It's all business. If you're not playing hard, you get sent home", LaMelo said. I love playing with my brother, we have great chemistry.
