Cardi B Countersues Former Manager, Claims

Cardi B has gone legal in a dispute with her former manager Klenord Raphael, aka Shaft.

According to a report, the ex-manager, who sued her for a whopping Dollars 10 million in April, claiming that Cardi B had cut him off financially.

Cardi - who is expecting her first child with Offset - also said that Raphael sought to take 20% in commission from her earnings and he even asked for half of the proceeds she earned from her Sony publishing deal.

The lawsuit filed by District Attorney Paul LiCalsi in NY stated Shaft used Cardi B.'s money for leisure such as "personal travel, entertainment and expenses" and his staff withdrew "loans" without the star's consent.

In April, Cardi had a suit filed against her by Raphael, who claimed he'd helped to develop her talent and reputation only for her to turn her back on him when she reached the top of the music business. The suit, which came weeks after her hit album Invasion of Privacy was released, is for $10 million.
