Croatia Sacks Coach Ahead of Semi Final Clash with England

Yes, the conclusion had a familiar ring - but there was enough that was fresh and hopeful for the future that England's World Cup can be judged as a success.

The Daily Express has a picture of Southgate and England players applauding the fans after their Croatia game.

"Pride of Lions": A more defiant back page insists, "We're coming home but with heads held high" and "our time will come".
