Liverpool contact Paulo Dybala's agent ahead of potential summer swoop

Liverpool contact Paulo Dybala's agent ahead of potential summer swoop

Liverpool are ready to submit a €90 million (£80m) bid to sign Paulo Dybala from Juventus, according to reports in Argentina.

As it stands, Juve aren't looking to sell their 24-year-old talisman and the Reds have no interest in making a move for him as they look to plug the gap left by Philippe Coutinho after he joined Barcelona in January.

Dybala's Juve future is now up in the air following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

Liverpool are eyeing a swoop for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak as Jurgen Klopp looks to secure his third summer signing, according to a report by TeamTalk.

And Dybala really would be an outstanding addition to the Reds' squad.

The French global had been fervently linked with a move to Liverpool all summer, however that move now appears to have fallen through, with Lyon's club president Jean Michel Aulas stating: "Nabil will be at OL next season".

Klopp is targeting other players as he looks to bolster his squad further, having already signed midfielders Naby Keita and Fabinho.

Dybala could be seen as an alternative to Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir.

Jürgen Klopp is on the cusp of achieving something very special at Anfield, but if the German is to guide his side to their first league title in 28 years, he must add another top class forward to his ranks. As to whether it's a £50m, £60m Alisson, or another keeper for £20m to fight it out, we don't know.
