Trapped schoolboys given anti-anxiety drugs before Thai cave rescue, officials say

A British diver who led efforts to rescue a trapped boys soccer team in Thailand returned to the United Kingdom on Thursday.

All members of the Wild Boards soccer team were transported by ambulance and helicopter to a hospital in the Thailand province of Chiang Rai, where they will remain until given the all clear from medical professionals.

Unbelievable", he said. "They looked in good health, but of course when we departed all we could think about was how we were going to get them out.

"And all this time four courageous Navy Seals sat with the Wild Boars knowing they were in as much danger as the kids".

We're just very happy that the boys are out and safe.

Jon M. Chu, the director of "Crazy Rich Asians", says he's planning to make his own movie about the survival and rescue of 12 boys and their soccer coach trapped in Thailand's Tham Luang Cave.

In the video, Volanthen is heard talking to the group, telling them at the time that they had been in the cave for 10 days and that many rescuers were coming to save them.

"We're not heroes", Volanthen said, despite headlines in the British newspapers describing him and the other global rescuers as just that.

With them are six Australian Federal Police cave divers, one Defence diver and a support crew who have been described as integral to the rescue operation.

Trump ratchets up 'fake news' rally cry overseas during United Kingdom visit
He directly condemned the president's use of the term "fake news" to inaccurately denigrate coverage he doesn't like. Trump looked back over his shoulder and gave Acosta the shortest sound bite in presidential history.

Had Damaging Information On Donald Trump, Says FBI Agent Peter Strzok
But the report said it found no evidence of political bias in the FBI's decision to not pursue criminal charges against Clinton. Their messages were critical of then-candidate Trump. "We have indulged this harassment [for] nine minutes", Rep.

"He's got a very bouncy Australian accent, and they seemed to find that quite relaxing and reassuring".

"We're not heroes", he told the BBC after arriving back in London.

Initially isolated in hospital in Chiang Rai because of fears of infection, the boys have now been allowed to meet their families.

The team then launched a mission to rescue the boys and their 25-year-old coach, which concluded on Tuesday after an 18-day ordeal.

"Some of them have been on pretty hairy recovery dives before in various countries and reading between the lines, the actual dives in this case were not particularly deep and nothing too extraordinary".

Dr Harris and long time dive partner Craig Challen are up for our highest civilian honour, the Cross of Valour. That won't happen or we'll give them hell.

Sadly just hours after making his way out of the cave, Harris received the heartbreaking news that his father had died.

The IT tech said that the divers were not heroes and directed attention to the rest of his team and the Thai Navy Seals.
