According to Markle, he's being shunned by his daughter's royal in-laws over staging photos with a paparazzi accomplice.

Middleton has also revealed that their love for the game has extended to their son Prince George as well.

Meghan Markle's father, Thomas Markle, continued his criticism of the British royal family in a new interview with The Sun on Sunday.

"My thing about my daughter right now is that I think she is terrified", Markle told The Sun of the new Duchess of Sussex.

Fast-forward two years, and Meghan made her Wimbledon debut alongside the Duchess of Cambridge in the Royal Box, cheering on close friend Serena Williams. The Duchess of Cambridge was seen in a patterned Jenny Packham summer dress with a beige bag, as for the Duchess of Sussex, she wore a more casual Ralph Lauren look - a pair of beige flared trousers and a white and blue striped shirt.

But little did we know that the Duchess' choice of designer was actually an adorable nod to her relationship with her husband, Prince Harry. "I don't like the one I'm seeing now", he added.

Looks like Thomas Markle isn't the only one that has spotted the robotic and forced smile painted on Markle's face. Kate kept her accessories simple with gold hoop earrings, a simple necklace and watch, and the same taupe handbag she carried the day before.

Fashion experts say that Meghan's choice of neckline allows her to respect royal protocol, while still looking "a little sexy".

Mr Markle said the rules were "asinine", complaining he was shunned after selling staged pictures of himself six days before Meghan's wedding.

He also branded the Royal Family dress code "like the 1930s" because of the knee-covering outfits Meghan has been wearing at public events. "I'd like to put our differences behind us and get together".

He said they had never gone so long without speaking, and that he wanted to clear the air and tell her how proud he was. I want to be a part of their life. I have so much to look forward to.

"I don't care whether that is at the expense of the royal family".

Kensington Palace did not comment on the story to Sky News.

Between the photo scandal and his daughter's wedding on May 19, Thomas suffered a heart attack.

"If the Queen is willing to meet our arrogant, ignorant, and insensitive president she has no excuse not to meet me, I'm nowhere near as bad".

Meghan Markle's father thinks she is "terrified" of her life as a royal.
