Love Island SPOILER: Dr Alex's head is turned by newcomer Laura

It comes after Caroline Flack shows up and offers the Islanders a choice between Megan and Wes, or Sam and Georgia, being kicked off the programme.

After struggling to make a decision, they eventually chose to save Wes and Megan - but this wasn't the end for Georgia and Sam.

Josh agrees, and states: "You can't deny that there are fundamental issues with Georgia and Sam". Your fate now lies in the hands of your fellow Islanders.

Jack Fincham and Dr Alex George appear to be team Georgia and Sam, as Jack tells the islanders: "I've loved watching Georgia and Sam be mates and having a right laugh then becoming romantic".

The at risk couples then go to the decking as Caroline presents the decision to the safe couples once more.

'Do you know what it is, I don't think we've been through this situation before.

"Islanders, you now have the power to save one couple".

It's a mixed bag as some root for Megan and Wes while others place their faith in Georgia and Sam to go the distance.

"If you decide to split up and stay on the Island, you will each date two new Islanders and head back to the villa".

The new girls Laura and Stephania Lam have only just made their arrival in the villa, and already Alex seems to already have his eye on Laura.
