John Legend could also win another award at the Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday, where he is up for outstanding actor in a limited series or movie.

The three earned the quadruple honor in the same award category at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards when "Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert" won for Outstanding Variety Special (Live).

USA singer and actor John Legend has become the first black man and youngest person to attain the prestigious EGOT status.

Legend, 39, completed the acronym at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, as did Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, all for producing best variety special victor Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert. So watch out because he might just win that too.

The "s" cycle would make more sense, since Apple has done it every other year, until the transition between the iPhone 7 and 8. Oh, and you may have noticed " iPhone Xs Max " mentioned up there; that's the rumoured name of the 6.5-inch model.

Legend thanked his wife, Chrissy Teigen, in his speech whilst Lloyd Webber and Rice remarked that they were amazed the musical was still popular at 48 years, adding that nobody in the United Kingdom bought the musical. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, producers of the OG JCS, also joined this group after Sunday's win.

They join 12 other EGOT recipients including Audrey Hepburn, Scott Rudin, Mel Brooks, Whoopi Goldberg and Robert Lopez.

The singer later took to Instagram to comment on his achievement. So happy to be part of this team. He did all those at just 39 years old. Legend, who played Jesus but won as a co-producer of the show, is also gunning for an acting Emmy later this month.

Lopez has actually won each award at least two times.
