Apple will stream iPhone media event on Twitter for the first time

It was the first mass-market smartphone to demand a $1,000 starting price.

At the event, Apple is widely anticipated to introduce three new iPhone models like it did previous year.

Beyond smartphones and a new Apple Watch, the giant could also debut new versions of its AirPod wireless earphones and multi-device charging pad, AirPower, which was first announced at last year's iPhone event. A latest leak also confirms that there's a chance that Apple might skip the Touch Bar on the new MacBook Pro.

By making more expensive iPhones, Apple has been able to boost its profits despite waning demand as people upgrade phones less frequently. There are three new models, the iPhone Xs, iPhone Xc, and iPhone Xs or Xr Plus, and some images have appeared that seem to reveal their designs.

According to leaks and investor report from former KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the new iPhones will start at $699 in the US. With this in mind, let's see how it will differ from last year's 12.9-inch iPad Pro (there's a surprising change in size). The report predicts that 6.1-inch LCD iPhone will start at $699 in the USA for the base model and the price will increase depending on memory.

Most of the buzz is swirling around a rumored iPhone that is supposed to boast a 6.5-inch OLED screen, up from 5.8 inches on the existing iPhone X. He'll do it as the chief executive of the first U.S. company to reach a value of $1tn (£768bn). The price being projected for this flagship model is anywhere between $1,000-$1,100. You can also stream it on Apple TV using Airplay.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 9 launched with a near $1,000 price tag in the USA and P55,990 for the base model in the Philippines. Now, ahead of today's announcement, we must keep in mind that the government has increased import duty on fully built products to 20 percent and dollar is trading at Rs 72 for a rupee.

What we won't see, however, are some of the innovative leaps being promised by some of Apple's competitors. In addition to the iPhone Xs, Xs Max and Xr, Apple is also expected to show off the Apple Watch Series 4, new AirPods, a new MacBook, and possibly new iPad Pro models as well.

When Apple launched the iPhone 6 in 2014, a dollar was valued at Rs 61.

The iPhone XC is expected to be relatively more affordable iPhone.

Beyond the XS and XS Max, completing the set in 2018 may be a budget version of the iPhone X. If so, that would mean the home button, the circular button that made the iPhone instantly recognisable, will be no more. Apart from that, we don't really know much about the Watch 4.
