Putin MOCKS Britain over Novichok 2: 'We've FOUND THEM - they are civilians'

The failed attack triggered a major diplomatic crisis between the United Kingdom and Russian Federation, with the British government alleging Moscow was responsible for their attempted murder.

"I hope that they will show up and tell everything themselves".

"I hope they will turn up themselves and tell about themselves", he said.

While police and prosecutors have announced they have enough information to charge Boshirov and Petrov, and officers have formally linked the attack on the Skripals to the poisoning of Ms Sturgess and Mr Rowley, the charges do not relate to the Amesbury pair and authorities say they are still investigating this second incident. Russian Federation has repeatedly denied any involvement.

British prosecutors last week identified two Russians who they said were operating under aliases - Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov - who they said had tried to murder the Skripals with a military-grade nerve agent, Novichok, in England.

"We know who they are, we have found them".

Britain's security minister, Ben Wallace, said on September 6 that Putin "ultimately" bears responsibility for the poisoning because "it is his government that controls, funds, and directs the military intelligence".

Mr Putin said Moscow had identified the suspects and found that they were civilians.

Neymar, Firmino lead Brazil over United States 2-0 in exhibition
Neymar , who now plays for France's PSG, converted the penalty with a soft shot to the left as Steffen lunged to the right. And it looks as though Neymar was up to his old tricks again on Friday during Brazil's 2-0 win against the United States.

He added, "There is nothing special or criminal about it, I can assure you". "They should go to some media outlet".

Thinking it was expensive perfume, Rowley then gave it to his girlfriend, Sturgess, who applied the poison to her wrists and died. Russian Federation kicked out a similar number of those countries' envoys.

A Russian man wanted by the United Kingdom over the novichok poisoning of the Skripals says he will comment on the case next week.

'It was nearly certainly also approved outside the GRU at a senior level of the Russian state'.

The Kremlin leader spoke amid new revelations indicating that the "spies" who planted novichok in Salisbury may have stolen the identities of Russian people for their mission.

Mr Skripal and Yulia were poisoned in the city of Salisbury in March.

The Russian president noted that the "suspects" were civilians.

An Interpol Red Notice and European arrest warrant have been issued, though the Russian Constitution forbids them from being extradited.
