Antonio Brown being sued for alleged furniture throwing incident

According to the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ Sports, a man named Ophir Sternberg says his 22-month-old son was walking around a pool area at a high-end apartment complex when furniture and other items came flying off of a 14th-story balcony.

Brown is being sued both by his landlord over damage to the unit and furniture, and by a man named Ophir Sternberg, whose 22-month-old kid was allegedly almost hit by the falling debris.

The Steelers have said they will not be commenting.

Brown, a Miami native in his ninth National Football League season, has until Thursday to respond to the lawsuit, KDKA reports. The lawsuit claims that he missed the pair by "a mere foot or two".

Brown has not commented, CBS Pittsburgh reports.

The 33-year-old Peterson had four rushes for six yards in the game and added two catches for 36 yards. Brees also connected with Smith on a 35-yard touchdown pass on the first series of the second half.

"Since that day, (Amnon Sternberg) has exhibited symptoms of fear and anxiety, having night terrors every night and waking up numerous times in a panic and crying, when this never occurred prior to the incident", the lawsuit said. It says surveillance video clearly shows objects falling from the balcony and almost striking the two people on the ground.

Brown, according to the suit, allegedly caused extensive damage to the room in a fit of rage and threw the objects over the balcony. "Brown was extremely agitated, acting aggressively, and yelling at security personnel when arrived to the scene".

Brown says his 9mm firearm was also gone.

The station also reports that a second lawsuit has been filed by the landlord regarding damage to Brown's unit and furniture inside.
