Piers Morgan shames Daniel Craig for wearing baby ‘papoose’

Piers Morgan has received criticism online after slamming a photo of James Bond actor Daniel Craig which shows him wearing a papoose. "Carrying a baby is harder work, but worth it for the unashamedly masculine joy of NOT wearing a papoose", he writes.

The mere sight of a man being a decent father was clearly too much for Morgan, who tweeted, "Oh 007. not you as well?!" And wow, Twitter did not like Morgan's shaming one bit. "Any man who wastes time quantifying masculinity is terrified on the inside", Evans responded on Twitter.

Morgan claimed that he received several responses from men whose "wives/girlfriends told them to..."

Others attempted a more rational approach by explaining the benefits of baby carriers, which allow parents to keep children close, yet have their hands unoccupied while strolling on the street.

Daniel Craig and his wife Rachel Weisz's newborn baby daughter arrived in September. I'm sure [Morgan] would find this emasculating. Fathers across the world sent him photos of themselves carrying their children.

Trump did not take the bait.

Morgan's point is that it's more manly to carry a baby in your arms than it is to wear one on your chest.

But Morgan was still at it, turning the backlash he had spawned into Good Morning Britain content.

Many outraged Twitter users criticised Piers for bringing "masculinity" into the equation when discussing parenting methods.

Yep, that's right. The former "America's Got Talent" judge thinks that Craig donning a Baby Bjorn somehow undermines the hypermasculinity of James Bond.
