Christian Eriksen On Bench - Tottenham Hotspur Team vs West Ham Confirmed

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has said he hopes Dele Alli and Danny Rose will be fit to face Manchester City on October 29 as his injury list shortens following the global break.

Levy said Pochettino did not want to sign anyone for the sake of it and felt he had sufficient numbers.

"Of course we are always trying to improve our squad because football is dynamic". It's unclear whether or not they'll be in the starting XI, but you can read on to get our predictions on both players. That was impossible. I was happy and am happy with the squad that I have, 25 players.

"Let's say I have £1, you have £10, the next person has £100, the next £1,000".

"But if you can not achieve what you need or want, because you need to sign because you need to make people happy or act like all the clubs, I think that is not common sense". We showed that we don't care and we are not politicians or populists.

With the club now lying just two points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City after eight matches, the Argentine feels vindicated.

Trump on Khashoggi death: Saudi arrests is a ‘good first step’
The Saudi government said it had fired five top officials and arrested 18 other Saudis as a result of the initial investigation . The prosecutor isn't saying what sparked the argument, or how Khashoggi actually died.

"It is easy to say we are going to sign three players and, oh, look, the people are happy because we signed them", said Pochettino.

He is in the prime years of his career right now and could still have many more seasons at the top level with Spurs if he stays on top of his fitness.

But Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele, Serge Aurier and Michel Vorm are back in training and available to travel to West Ham on Saturday, leaving only Alli, Rose and Jan Vertonghen in the treatment room. They had a four-match winless streak in 2015-16 and a seven-match winless run in 2016-17, starting on October 15.

"He must continue improving in every game that he plays". "But now, with all the circumstances in pre-season, maybe it's changed". Maybe we arrived in October and it was different.

"When we started the season with three games that we won and we were top of the table people were talking in a different way, [saying] "Oh how clever are Tottenham because they keep all the squad from last season". In one month's time, I will tell you".
