Meghan Markle compares pregnancy to jet lag

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have enjoyed a whirlwind four days of royal tour, which kicked off in Australia (with a baby announcement!) on October 16.

Meghan Markle cut a casual figure on Saturday afternoon, donning skinny jeans and a blazer before boarding a boat to the first event of the Invictus Games. Her jewelry was kept simple with an Adina Reyterainsi necklace and Karen Walker stud earrings.

Day three of the tour saw Harry and Meghan visiting Melbourne.

The royal pair met a group practising yoga on the beach, and one of the locals, Nio Poniatowski, 25, told how Meghan loves to take part in the physical, mental, and spiritual practice because it keeps her "grounded".

"Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag", McConnell, who is 23 weeks pregnant, told the Evening Standard. Meghan says with a big smile, before asking her her name.

"She talked a lot about growing up in terms of this generation and the pressures of social media because there is so much criticism we experience", she said.

Typically, migrants use rafts to float across informal border crossings. "And the step we took today, it's extremely important". Fox News reported on Thursday that Mexico and the United States had reached a deal on how to handle the migrant caravan.

Prince Harry also gave the students some words of encouragement, saying that men should help push for quality.

After listening to speakers in the circle for a few minutes, Harry, wearing a garland of blue flowers around his neck, and Meghan, one of pink, joined in the group hug.

"They said they hadn't really had time to settle down and get their heads round thing, and they have another 70 odd engagements to go, she said".

She said the "magestic memorial" commemorated "all those who fought for our nation and made the ultimate sacrifice" and was a unique "place of reflection far from the horrors of war".

In a statement this morning, Kensington Palace said that the couple are expecting a baby in the spring of 2019.
