What we learned in Colts' 29-26 win over Jaguars

The Colts got just enough offense (and a key turnover) to hold off the Jacksonville Jaguars 29-26 to earn their third straight win.

Andrew Luck started Sunday by carving up Jacksonville's staunch defense.

The offense only produced two first downs in the second half, preventing the Colts from sealing the victory until finally forcing a fumble after Jacksonville had moved into position for a potentially tying field goal with 90 seconds left in the game.

Safety Barry Church also blew a man-coverage scheme in the first half when he failed to line up properly, and Luck found Ebron all alone for a 12-yard score.

But in the second half, the Colts struggled. Initially, Greene was ruled down before the ball squirted out. They only got the ball back after a booth review barely beat Jacksonville's next snap and the replay review overturned the call on the field.

"He doesn't play that much, Rashad, and he gets an opportunity and that happens", Jackson said. I think there's a little confidence boost in knowing that. "But I see what everybody sees from the sideline". We've got to be more consistent.

Jacksonville had an extra point blocked and almost returned for a 2-point conversion in the first half. An offside call on the ensuing extra point prompted coach Frank Reich to go for two, which Marlon Mack punched it in to make it 29-13. The wide receiver spent the first four seasons of his career in Indianapolis after the Colts drafted him in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft.

"There are people that support this team, that expected great things from this team, and we're not performing at that level", Marrone said.

Why this Serena Williams magazine cover has caused outrage
Abloh's designs typically feature quote marks, including on some of the Nike apparel he has worked on for Williams. It has drawn criticism on social media, with many Twitter users questioning the use of the punctuation.

Luck has thrown 21 touchdowns and six interceptions in the past six games with a reduced workload on his shoulder. "We certainly weren't sharp enough". To follow-up on that, even better news came Friday, as Rotoworld revealed Fournette had been removed from the injury report altogether. Defensive tackle Grover Stewart left with an injured ankle in the fourth quarter.

Vinatieri responded by waving to the crowd and slapping hands with some fans on the field. It is the longest run by a Colt since 12/18/11 when Donald Brown had an 80-yard touchdown run and the longest of Wilkins' career.

He also tied George Blanda for the most regular-season wins in league history (209).

The 23-year-old Jaguars running back has been limited to just two games this season because of a hamstring injury and last played September 30. The drive ended with Fournette's 1-yard TD catch.

The matchup with the Colts is a solid one and undoubtedly a spot which will push towards Fournette being in the mix as a fantasy starter. Jack Doyle and Alie-Cox, Indy's other two tight ends, combined for five catches and 64 yards.

- Jordan Wilkins had a 53-yard rush on his lone attempt.

The Colts play the second of a three-game homestand next week when they stay in the division to host Tennessee at 1:00 p.m.
