The complete results of your EKG test will be shown inside the Health app on your iPhone. But up till this point, that sensor lay dormant and was dependent on a software update to arrive to unlock all features. watchOS 5.1.2 is that update and those living in the United States can start using their devices to get an ECG reading on the fly. This release contains a host of new Complications for certain watch faces on Apple Watch Series 4 as well as a new toggle within Control Center to quickly toggle the Walkie-Talkie functionality on and off. It's available for Series 1 devices and newer that are paired to iOS devices running iOS 12.1.1 and higher.
