Energizer readies 26 smartphone models for Mobile World Congress

There's info on some of the other phones, including one with a teardrop notch and a similar model to the above phones but without the pop-out camera, but sadly no details on the foldable or the 18,000mAh beast.

This year at MWC 2019, Energizer is set to debut over two dozen new phone models, including some with insane features and huge batteries.

Other things we expect to see from Energizer is a device with an 18,000mAh battery cell.

American consumer goods-giant Energizer is all set to unveil 26 new models at the Mobile World Congress this February, with flagship features like pop-up cameras, a massive 18,000mAh battery, and a foldable display.

"The 26 new Energizer Mobile devices on display will show off a range of innovative features, from popup cameras, to professional scanning functionality in their rugged phones, a foldable smartphone, and even an 18,000 mAh mobile battery (the largest capacity battery yet seen in a commercially-available smartphone)", the press release, released by Giz China, revealed. This includes the Power Max, Ultimate, Energy, and Hardcase lines.

The U620S and U630S Pop models are certainly cute, but they will apparently be fairly mid-range, so probably not too much to get excited about specs-wise.

Of the expected devices, two are expected to spot pop-up cameras, kinda like what we saw with the Vivo Apex a year ago. "The Energizer Ultimate U620S is said to feature a 6.2" 1080p+ screen. It's powered by a Helio P22 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and only has a dual rear camera. There will be a 3,500mAh battery and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The U630S will also have 16 MP and 2 MP cameras at the back, but, the U620S will feature a triple-camera setup on its back which is a combination of one 12 MP, one 5 MP, and one 2 MP camera. According to a report by GSMArena, the Ultimate range will include a total of five smartphones - Ultimate U620S Pop, Ultimate U630S Pop, Ultimate U650S, Ultimate U620S, and Ultimate U570S. The Ultimate U650S is expected to be launch in October later this year.
