Wells Fargo systems hit with an outage

Wells Fargo customers erupted on social media Thursday morning as the bank apologized for the second time in a week for problems with its online banking and mobile app.

The bank apologized to customers for any inconvenience caused by the system issues, and said it would reverse any Wells Fargo fees incurred as a result of the issues.

Starting around 6am Pacific Time (2pm UTC), the American bank's online portal and its mobile application have been totally unusable.

Confirmed Measles Cases In Oregon
In 2013, 27 cases of measles were reported in Texas; 16 of the 27 confirmed cases were in Tarrant County, according to the DSHS. The CDC notes that two doses of the MMR vaccine are 97 percent effective, while one dose is 93 percent effective.

Later, the company cited the incident at the facility as the wellspring for the shutdown, noting that they are "working to restore services as soon as possible".

Since the outage began, some customers reported being unable to access funds or use their debit cards. 'Thanks for your patience while we research this issue'.

The bank was experiencing issues at its ATMs, website, and smartphone app Thursday, February 7. Arielle O'Shea, NerdWallet's banking specialist, says it's possible some Wells Fargo customers could be facing late fees, interest on missed credit card payments, or may have to go without cash to pay for everyday expenses. There are some rumors Wells Fargo's servers may be offline until Friday.

As Business Insider points out, it's been less than a week since Wells Fargo's last technical difficulties.
