Under Tennessee law, three of the five teenagers were identified by police due to their ages and the charges they face but Fox News has chosen not identify any of the suspects because they are all juveniles.

According to Metro police, Tennessee law says three of the five can be identified because they are charged with homicide and they are over the age of 13.

Four teens and one 12 year-old have been arrested in the fatal shooting of a Nashville singer.

Police said they believe Yorlets was shot outside his Nashville, Tennessee home after he refused to hand over his vehicle keys to the suspects, who took his wallet, according to News Channel 5.

Police said the group took Yorlets' wallet and demanded that he give up the keys to his vehicle.

The minors accosted the man, took his wallet and demanded the keys to his auto, which he refused to hand over, prompting the suspects to open fire on him, police stated.

Police said in the course of the investigation, they learned that the underage suspects had traveled to the West Nashville Walmart on Charlotte Pike, where all five baby-faced suspected killers were apprehended.
