1. Ls conveyor with screw shaft

Characteristics  application scope of LS screw conveyor:

Ls screw machine is widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum  magnesium, machinery, light industry, grain  food industry; it is suitable for conveying powdery, granular  small pieces of materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, etc., with horizontal  less than 20 ° inclination angle. The material temperature is below 200 ℃.

Screw machine is  suitable for conveying perishable, viscous  caking materials, because these materials will adhere to the screw during conveying,  then rotate without moving forward,  form material accumulation plug at the hanging bearing, which makes screw machine  work normally.

Ls type screw conveyor (hereinafter referred to as screw conveyor) is a standard product, equivalent to iso1050-75 standard, designed  manufactured in accordance with zbj81005. 1 ~ 2-88 "LS type screw conveyor" professional standard. The structure is novel  the technical index is advanced. The head  tail bearings are moved to the outside of the shell,  the intermediate suspension bearing adopts rolling  sliding interchangeable structures, both of which are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices. The sealing parts are made of nylon  plastic with low resistance, strong sealing  good wear resistance. There is little lubricating oil for copper  graphite cast bush. The discharging end is provided with a cleaning device. The whole machine has the advantages of low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation  maintenance,  flexible layout of inlet  outlet.

2. Shaftless screw conveyor

Shaftless screw conveyor is used to transport all kinds of wet materials, easily entangled  sticky materials, irregular size garbage, stones, mud cakes, mud lumps  other wastes.

The shaftless screw conveyor is composed of U-groove, replaceable liner, cover plate, inlet  outlet  driving device. The material is imported  the import  then exported by the export after being pushed by the screw.
